LifeWorks in Real Life: Johmar’s Story

As we get ready for a new LifeWorks session beginning the week of February 17, we would like to take a moment to take look back at the success stories of a few of our graduates.

This week our spotlight is on Johmar Thomas.

Johmar was new to Orlando and looking for a better job opportunity. Capped out in his current job, he learned about different industries allowing him to grow and advance in a career that was a good fit for him.

Through the LifeWorks class, he was introduced to Control Specialists, a JP Business Partner, and was given an opportunity to interview with the company President, Bruce O’Donaghue, who offered him a job. Johmar credits LifeWorks for giving him the skills and confidence and the access to a job that is allowing him to flourish.

LifeWorks Registration closes on February 10, 2025, so make sure to sign-up today if you have not done so already. Space is filling up fast, but we are still taking applications for our class at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church.
