As career services manager, Karl is like a career GPS, guiding LifeWorks participants and graduates to success by connecting them with educational and employer partners.

Karl motivates the Jobs Partnership team with his “One Step Closer” mind-set. He acquired a treasure trove of workforce-development wisdom while serving with the statewide service provider of workforce programs supported by the U.S. government. Karl’s not just about work, though. He’s on a mission to honor God and create a world where everyone from Central Florida and beyond has access and opportunity for economic self-sufficiency.

When he’s not pointing men and women toward career-path jobs and education, Karl can be found enjoying movie marathons, plotting his next chess move and passionately cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. He’s a loving husband and the coolest dad to two amazing sons. Balancing career goals and family fun? That’s Karl’s specialty!

Carrie is no stranger to LifeWorks. In fact, Carrie’s unique connection to Jobs Partnership began when she was a LifeWorks participant and graduate. She experienced firsthand the transformative power of JP’s LifeWorks training program, and it left a lasting mark on her life.

As participant retention specialist, Carrie’s mission is clear: to provide unwavering support to LifeWorks participants. Her strong skills in empathetic listening, coaching and encouragement make her the perfect guide on this life-changing path. Carrie enjoys a good dance in her cubicle, reads a book a day and is a huge advocate of celebrating every win – no matter how small.

Elliott Drake serves as partnerships director for Jobs Partnership, equipping his team to develop healthy, sustainable partnerships with businesses, churches, community organizations and education providers. JP’s partners are essential to every phase of the LifeWorks training experience: referring prospective participants, hospitably hosting classes, mobilizing LifeWorks coaches, serving as Instructors, hiring graduates for promising careers, and enrolling graduates in career and technical education programs. Elliott finds fulfillment serving our partners, especially helping them discover how they can pursue their unique mission by partnering with JP to pursue ours.

Elliott has been a leader in for-profit and non-profit organizations for more than two decades and serves as an ordained minister in his local church. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and a master of divinity degree from Denver Seminary.

Elliott loves spending time with his family, especially hiking with his wife, laughing with his daughter, playing sports with his sons, and exploring different cultures together.

Meet Titilayo, Jobs Partnership’s dedicated volunteer process manager. Titilayo is on a mission to revamp our volunteer engagement processes, from recruitment to re-engagement, ensuring that volunteers realize how much they are appreciated. Her commitment to social justice and outreach ministry led her to join the JP team.

With a certification in volunteer management from Edyth Bush Institute at Rollins College and experience as a nonprofit apprentice, Titilayo brings a wealth of expertise to her role. While studying broadcast journalism at Florida A&M University, Titilayo received two Florida Association of Broadcasters awards before graduating with her bachelor’s degree.

Titilayo cherishes date nights with her devoted husband. Her heart also finds fulfillment in the fellowship at New Church of Faith and her involvement in their feeding the homeless and media ministries. And if you ever spot a camera flash at a JP event, it might be Titilayo showcasing her talents as a photographer. She’s the whole package of fun and fabulousness!

Meet Jonathan Harrison, Jobs Partnership’s tech extraordinaire! In his first two years with JP, Jonathan was the mastermind who introduced the LearnUpon learning management system to JP, making LifeWorks content accessible at the click of a button. He moonlighted as JP’s Salesforce superhero, ensuring our customer relationship management system was in tip-top shape. But Jonathan’s not just about the past. As technology manager, he’s all about tech optimization and the future.

With a bachelor’s degree in digital media from the University of Florida and postbaccalaureate expertise in instructional technology, Jonathan has the knowledge and skills to make JP’s technology dreams come true. He’s been engaged with digital media and technology in educational settings for nearly 15 years, and trust us, he’s got some serious moves. Oh, and guess what? He’s a Certified Scrum Master! Yep, he’s led teams through tech adventures using Agile project management like a true champ.

When he’s not busy making the tech world a better place, Jonathan’s all about good vibes, jamming on his guitar, pedaling on his trusty bike and curating the ultimate vinyl record collection. He’s not just our tech manager; he’s our tech-rockstar with a side of vinyl-loving awesomeness!

As partnership and recruitment manager, Beverly has the coolest gig in town. She’s the genius behind building fantastic relationships, discovering new partners and recruiting top-notch participants in the LifeWorks training program.

Her mission? To create powerful connections with Greater Orlando’s community-resource organizations and provide stellar LifeWorks support. It’s all about turning the Jobs Partnership promise of H.O.P.E. into reality, equipping LifeWorks participants to break through employment barriers by connecting with private and public providers of wraparound services.

Beverly’s career journey resembles an adventure novel, from teaching social sciences in Jamaica to conquering the corporate realm in Fortune 500 companies. Her skill set boasts both breadth and depth in areas including education and training, program management, people leadership, and more. The best part? She’s a lifelong learner, always thirsty for knowledge and eager to share fresh ideas.

When she’s not moving mountains at JP, Beverly is a globe-trotter who’s visited more than 15 countries, as well as a bookworm, movie buff, nature explorer and photography enthusiast. She’s the life of the party, spreading laughter wherever she goes.

As Jobs Partnership’s manager of donor services, Dina helps individual, corporate and foundation donors achieve their goal of making a difference in our community. Dina joined the JP team because she believes nonprofits that integrate faith and human services have the greatest potential for lasting benefit.

She manages JP’s grants portfolio, produces communications such as the JP Connections newsletter, serves as donor database manager, and plans the annual Faith That Works fundraising breakfast. Since Dina joined JP’s philanthropy team, the fundraiser has broken past Faith That Works records two years in a row.

A second-generation Floridian, Dina earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida. She and her husband have two daughters, a beloved son-in-law and an intelligent but poorly trained dog. They are first-time grandparents and unapologetically obsessed. Dina teaches high-school Sunday school, serves as a Lifework Leadership coach, participates in Bible Study Fellowship and longs for more time to work in the yard.

Persuasion is one of her top-five favorite books. Romans 8:28 changed her life. Her sense of humor can get her in trouble.

Partnerships manager Tony Pitts establishes new and deepens current relationships with churches that are in alignment with the mission and vision of Jobs Partnership. Tony, who holds a degree in sociology from Wilberforce University, joined JP after spending 14 years as a high-school educator at The Master’s Academy in Oviedo.

When asked what motivated him to join the JP team, he replied, “I was motivated by the opportunity to help people live fulfilling lives. The chance to communicate to the underserved and marginalized – in real and practical ways – that they were created by the Creator on purpose for a purpose was too good to pass up!”

Tony has been married to his wife Akilah for 23 years and they have three children – Genesis, Joshua and Grace. They enjoy family vacations and dining at new and familiar restaurants, and they are HUGE basketball fans – Tony being doubly so when the University of Kentucky Wildcats are playing!

Michele is Jobs Partnership’s very own multitalented superstar! She’s been with JP since January 2012, and in those 12 incredible years, she’s been JP’s Swiss Army knife, tackling just about every role in the organization.

From delighting our business, community, church and donor partners to spreading joy among our amazing volunteers and LifeWorks participants, Michele is our go-to for just about everything. As Office Services Manager she also keeps everything running smoothly for JP’s president, board of directors and the entire team.

When she’s not serving as our organizational genius, Michele’s all about family and fun. With a whopping eight siblings, two children and three beautiful grandchildren, she’s the ultimate family enthusiast. Whether it’s quality time with loved ones or crafting beautiful jewelry, diving into a good book, tackling a challenging crossword puzzle or piecing together a jigsaw puzzle, Michele knows how to keep life light-hearted and fun.

Kent Suter serves as our Champion Engagement Manager. Kent’s role primarily consists of nurturing the extended community of people God has brought to Jobs Partnership.

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Kent brings a blend of ministry and business to the table. After earning his MA in Christian Apologetics under the late Dr. Norman Geisler, Kent spent 15 years as Youth Pastor of Cornerstone Bible Church in northeast Atlanta.

Following this he spent 4 years in financial services, primarily focusing on life insurance, mutual funds, and being a 401k advisor.

Kent and his wife Brook (Fleming) met at Bryan College and have been married for 20 years. Brook grew up in Orlando and graduated from Orangewood. They have 4 children (ages 8-15) and attend First Baptist Orlando and First Academy.
